You become a central function in the organization and work closely with the company's owner and management by preparing financial analyses, reports, and decision-making documentation that form the basis for important business decisions. The role involves close collaboration with management.\nYou are responsible for the accounting work in the Swedish company as well as our subsidiaries in Belgium and Germany and have close collaboration with colleagues both nationally and internationally.\nExamples of responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for ongoing accounting and annual closing\n\nPrepare monthly reports, financial statements, and consolidated accounts\n\nBudget, forecast, and liquidity planning\n\nVAT reporting\n\nMonitoring and analysis of results, profitability, and costs\n\nBudget, forecast, and variance analyses\n\nMonitoring of production economics and manufacturing costs\n\nResponsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable\n\nDrive development and optimization of financial processes\n\nPrepare financial analyses, reports, and decision-making documentation that support the company's owner and management in both strategic and operational decisions.\n\n\n\nWe Are Looking For\nYou have an academic education in finance and several years of experience in a leading finance function within manufacturing industry.
