Compile repair work needs and provide suggestions for their implementation:\nIn cooperation with other Centre employees, evaluate whether submitted work can be implemented within the Decentralized Construction Work Schedule (DBG) - determine the scope, priority and provisional funding needed for the work to be carried out. Where necessary, inspect facilities and request technical requirements from work submitters;\nPrepare responses to received letters and other documents concerning real estate management and maintenance.\nProvide opinions on draft regulatory acts prepared by ministries and other institutions in the management field;\nCompile repair and construction work submitted in accordance with the procedure established in the Regulations No. 20-NOT of 18.09.2017 \"Procedure for organizing construction\".\n\nWe inform you that the position competition will take place in two rounds - during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and the candidates' compliance with the requirements.
