The main parts of the process are screening, concentrating, and pelletizing. In this role, you'll be one of the key people working to increase the facilities' operational reliability and availability in collaboration with other groups within the operation.\n\nWork tasks consist mainly of:\n\nLead the strategic development of maintenance in the pellet plant by continuously analyzing and tracking root causes that affect operational reliability and availability.\nSolve technical issues.\nParticipate in projects as a technical expert from the operation.\nBe part of the improvement group, sometimes as its leader.\nManage budgets related to maintenance work.\n\n\n What you bring \n\nWe're looking for a driven, collaborative, solution-focused, and analytical team member.
