RLB's Data Centre team works on a wide range of projects including new build, fit out, refurbishment and capacity upgrades. This role presents an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for providing all services relating to project management on Data Centre projects. \nRole Responsibilities \nTo lead and oversee the successful delivery of Data Centre projects with a view to securing repeat business.\nLead on Electrical project management projects \nProactive management of multi-disciplinary internal and external teams. \nImplementation and management of a change control process. \nCoordination of the testing and commissioning process prior to handover. \nTo assist in the management of the Data Centre Project management team including line management duties where applicable. \nTo support development of targeted marketing material, bid documents, capability statements and attend networking events relating to Data Centres. \n\n\n\nCandidate Profile \nQualifications \nConstruction-related degree or similar construction-related qualification  \n\nExperience \nConstruction industry experience required.  \nData Centre experience \nAbility to manage a project from inception to post completion with senior management support, obtaining positive written client feedback.  \nUnderstanding of technical aspects of project delivery from inception to post-completion and ability to identify and promote solutions. \n\nBehaviours \nRecognised as a positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support.
