We strive for close collaboration between school and after-school care around the students to create safe and inclusive learning environments for all children.\nJob Responsibilities\nIn your role as a student assistant, you help create a safe foundation for our student who needs extra support. You also function as a resource in the preparatory class. Together with the preparatory class teachers, you plan and structure the school day based on individualized pedagogy that provides predictability and security. You are present as support at the student's side throughout the school day, in lessons, during breaks, and in after-school care. You interact with the student, guardians, and teachers. Some documentation is part of your tasks.\nQualifications\nEducation in care or experience that the employer deems equivalent is meriting. It is also meriting if you have previously worked with children and youth in need of special support and have knowledge within NPF. We are looking for someone who is confident, calm, relationship-building, and who has good collaboration skills. You are clear and consistent in your interactions and have good physical ability and stamina. It is also important that you are self-driven and take initiative, as well as creative and solution-focused.\nGood knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
