You have a good ability to read the students' signals and adapt your support to their daily mood and conditions. You are responsible and have an easy time collaborating.\nYou are a role model and provide security for the students.\nWe are looking for you who have experience working with this target group in adapted primary school or other relevant activities. You have experience meeting students with various functional variations and extensive support needs where you are confident in providing support for physical needs and personal care, and can handle and perform transfers and other practical tasks in a safe and respectful manner.\nIt is meritorious if you have education or experience in, for example, LSS or similar activities.
