Together, we create a work environment where both students and staff are engaged and work toward each other's success.\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a student assistant, you work closely with an individual student and provide support in daily schoolwork. You follow the student throughout the school day and participate in instruction, as well as during breaks and school lunch when needed.\nYou support the student by clarifying instructions, explaining assignments, and creating structure in schoolwork. When the student works independently, you can also be available as support for other students. The student is enrolled in a gymnasium program that includes both theoretical and practical components.\nYou work closely with the special education teacher and the student's teachers to create the best conditions for the student to develop and succeed in their studies. You will also be part of a well-functioning work team.\nThe assignment may change over time based on the student's needs and development.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education. We would like to see previous experience working as a student assistant in a gymnasium. Experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities is a merit.\nYou have experience and strong knowledge in hair and styling subjects.\nYou have good ability to collaborate and cooperate with teaching staff, student support teams, and when needed, students' guardians.\nAs a person, you are clear and organized.
