The work aims to enable students to develop, as much as possible and within their own capabilities, in accordance with the goals of education.\nTogether with teachers and other staff at the school, you work to create a developing, meaningful and positive environment for the students. The tasks are varied, diverse and sometimes challenging.\nYou have close collaboration with the teaching staff where you both receive instructions and cooperate on how the work should be performed. The work is done both independently and together with other staff members.\nMore specific information about the assignment will be provided at the interview.\nYour competence and experience\n\nWe are looking for you who have:\nStudent assistant training, childcare worker training or other training that the employer considers equivalent, or 3-year upper secondary education in children and youth, preferably with supplementary education for children with special needs of 1.5 years.\nDocumented (preferably indicate number of years, e.g. 1-year) experience of working as a student assistant within school or from similar assignments that the employer considers equivalent.\nGood ability to express yourself in and make yourself understood in Swedish in speech and writing.\n\nWe are looking for you who can and want to build relationships with students, believe that every student can reach their full potential and want to work to promote their independence.
