You will support students both during the school day and at after-school care and help create a safe, developmental, and inclusive learning environment.\nIn this role, you will actively work to build good relationships with students, pay attention to their individual needs, and provide support with schoolwork, various activities, and transitions throughout the day. You will also help with practical tasks such as hygiene and bathroom visits when needed.\nThe work involves close collaboration with colleagues, guardians, and other professionals around the student.
