As a student assistant, you work closely with the student or students during the school day, both inside and outside the classroom. This means you are present during breaks, in the cafeteria, and during lessons to provide support with schoolwork. The role includes planning, structuring, and when necessary, participating in the implementation of schoolwork together with the student to promote learning.\nYou will also participate in activities outside school during school hours, such as study visits, and maintain close and regular contact with guardians. The role is built on creating good conditions for student learning through close collaboration with teachers, other educators, and the school's student support team.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education, preferably in the Child and Recreation Program or Health and Care Program. Documented experience working as a student assistant or in another pedagogical role at the secondary level is required. It is highly advantageous if you have previous experience working with students who have neuropsychiatric functional limitations (NPF) and experience with low-stress interaction approaches.\nYou have a good ability to collaborate with teachers, the student support team, and the home for the student's benefit. You are clear, structured, and have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Success in this role requires good social competence, high flexibility, patience, and a deep understanding of different individuals' varying circumstances.
