Many new projects are starting where real-time software is critical and expertise in embedded software and control is required. Within TRATON, we work in a flow-based landscape, inspired by SAFe.\n\n\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a Software Developer, you will:\nBe part of an agile, cross-site team\nDevelop and maintain middleware components\nContribute to middleware architecture design\nTranslate high-level requirements into design and implementation\nTest solutions using SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) \/ HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop)\nDeliver solutions to internal stakeholders\nEnsure strong modularity, enabling integration across multiple systems\n\nWho You Are\nYou are a software developer with experience in embedded systems.\nExperience with safety and timing-critical architectures, continuous integration, test and simulation-driven development or other methods to enhance development speed and quality would be welcome and meritorious.\nThe domain is technically complex and the systems we work with are key to function, performance, and environmental impact of our products. An engineering background or strong engineering interest is expected.\nYou prefer to work in a team, sharing responsibility, offering and accepting help when needed.
