As a preschool teacher, you have overall responsibility for education in your unit and collaborate with everyone on the team to plan, implement, document, and develop education at our preschool based on current curriculum guidelines. Using the curriculum as your foundation, you meet each individual child based on their experience, knowledge, and specific circumstances.\nYou work to create a safe, engaging, and educational preschool. You have a child rights perspective, a norm-critical and norm-creative perspective in your daily work, and you are willing to drive both your own development and the preschool's development forward.
