You plan and follow up on work to ensure that tasks are carried out as planned. The work group currently consists of 12 operations technicians and you handle everything from salary and development discussions as well as other personnel matters.\n\nYou work closely with your employees and other departments. In addition to this, you have frequent contact with suppliers. You are part of the Energy business area and report directly to the business area manager.\n\nYour profile\n\nWe are looking for someone with good technical understanding and an interest in technical processes. You have experience in process technology or automation and control engineering, or similar technical operations. You have at least studied at high school level; it is a merit if you have a technical education such as engineering or similar education that we consider equivalent. It is a merit if you have had personnel responsibility or a leadership role and experience working in public operations.\n\nTo fit this role, we see that you are organized and have good collaboration skills. You thrive working in a complex environment and enjoy solving problems. Du tillh\u00f6r aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5det Energi och rapporterar direkt till aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5deschefen. \n\r\n\r\nDin profil\n\r\nVi s\u00f6ker dig som har en god teknisk f\u00f6rst\u00e5else och ett intresse f\u00f6r tekniska processer. Du har erfarenhet inom processteknik eller styr- och reglerteknik, alternativt liknande teknisk verksamhet. Du har minst studerat p\u00e5 gymnasieniv\u00e5, meriterande \u00e4r om du har en teknisk utbildning s\u00e5 som ingenj\u00f6r eller liknande utbildning som vi anser vara likv\u00e4rdig.
