You enjoy working in a cooperative, cross-functional environment and have a curious, can-do mindset.\nTo succeed in this position, you also have:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in people management, such as an Engineering Manager, Team Leader, or Technical Project Manager.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, specifically for heavy equipment, material handling, lifting applications, or automotive industries.
