You are the manager of the development unit within the administrative department where you lead managers and employees. The unit consists of 3 sections, and you are part of the department's management group, report to the department manager, and share overall responsibility for operations with other managers. The department is responsible for governance and support of procurement, security, office management, document handling, and information management within the agency.\n\nThe mission of the development unit is to drive and lead operational development for all support departments on behalf of the department manager\u2014from needs to achieved results\u2014and to support development issues, drive continuous improvements and digital transformation based on customer needs and internal efficiency, and to support and ensure competency for our agile teams that link to the department's sub-portfolio.\n\nAs unit manager of the development unit, you are also the sub-portfolio owner for the department's sub-portfolio, which is conducted in close collaboration with the IT department. The unit has approximately 60 employees, including three section managers. Your work location is Sundbyberg.\n\nOur operations are in constant development and change. Within the Swedish Tax Agency, we apply management appointments for up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of no more than three years, without limitation on the number of extensions.\n\nEmployment with us may involve placement in a security classification.
