The unit is part of the digital communications area, which consists of three additional units working to develop and manage Region Sk\u00e5ne's digital channels and services. We develop Region Sk\u00e5ne's presence on 1177 and other digital services with the aim of giving residents an equally high-quality experience regardless of how they choose to contact us.\n\nAs a manager leading staff, you take your operations in the expected direction toward operational goals. Together with your team members, you develop operations through efficient work methods with high quality and continuously follow up for learning and further development. Your team members' engagement is crucial to success in your mission, and you value coaching, giving feedback, evaluating performance, promoting collaboration, and creating a good work environment. You have employer and management responsibility that includes staff, operations, and finances.\n\nYou report to the area manager and are part of the area management team, and you work closely and drive issues jointly with other unit managers within the digital communications area. You are part of the communications management group that is responsible for the communications function at Region Sk\u00e5ne.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone with university or college education with a digital focus in communications or other relevant education, and several years of experience driving development of digital services with a focus on usability and accessibility. You have management experience with operational, budget, and personnel responsibility, preferably from public operations. You can see the big picture and ensure that development occurs in sync with established strategies.
