You challenge and develop, and you encourage and highlight your employees. You take responsibility for your operations and represent the employer by leading and developing toward set goals for Region V\u00e4sterbotten's benefit.\n\nYou lead the unit with responsibility for operations, personnel, and finances, while also serving as close HR support to the Director of Health and Medical Care and an active member of both HR's and health and medical care's management group. The unit consists of 10 HR consultants and you act as a bridge between core health care operations and the HR department. You identify needs, prioritize, and coordinate HR initiatives within areas such as competency supply, work environment, leadership, employee engagement, and recruitment. Through strategic, courageous, and trustworthy partnership, you contribute to developing the organization's long-term ability to meet future competency challenges and create sustainable workplaces.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone with a degree in human resources or equivalent. You have good knowledge of HR-related legislation. You also have experience working operatively and strategically with HR issues. It is desirable that you also have experience in politically governed organizations.\n\nIn the role of unit manager, you need to have leadership experience, and we consider it an advantage if you have completed a leadership training program.\n\nYou are relationship-oriented and want to understand others' perspectives.
