Quality, service user focus, and sustainable finances are central elements that go hand in hand in your assignment.\n\nIn this Unit Manager position, you are responsible for three group homes within Functional Support. You lead and develop the operation with the goal of providing high-quality services to people with disabilities. Your responsibilities include operations, personnel, work environment, budget, and ensuring that activities comply with applicable legislation and regulations. As a manager, you actively work on quality development, analysis, and monitoring of operational results, and drive improvement and change initiatives together with staff and colleagues. You will be an important part of an active and positive management team, where we drive operational matters jointly from a holistic perspective.\n\nAs a new Unit Manager, you'll receive a carefully planned introduction and access to the municipality's management and leadership development program. Social law must be part of the relevant education. It's advantageous if you have experience managing LSS (disability services) operations and have worked in a management role with responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment, and finances.\n\nAs a manager, you are structured and organized.
