The unit is responsible for staffing and recruitment, employer profiling, and strategic workforce planning. You lead a unit with three section managers and a recruitment process coordinator. Together, you will develop an operation with approximately 50 employees, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and lawful processes. Your place of work will be Sundbyberg.\n\nYou will be part of the HR Department's management group and contribute to a more proactive, strategic, and operationally engaged HR function. The assignment involves leading in a complex and changing environment, where working methods and competence need to develop in line with operational needs. In the role, you will especially contribute to strengthening the organization's capacity for change, judgment, and collaboration.\n\nAs a unit manager, you will, among other things:\nlead and develop recruitment operations through other managers\ndrive strategic workforce planning and employer profiling\nensure uniform, efficient, and lawful working methods\ncontribute to the HR Department's shared development and results\n\nAbout you\nTo do a good job and thrive with us at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be receptive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. Within the Swedish Tax Agency, we apply management mandates for up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of no more than three years, without limitation on the number of extensions.\n\nEmployment with us may involve placement in a security class.
