You have different operations and areas of responsibility but work closely together. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that the operations comply with current legislation, political decisions, and the municipality's guidelines and policy documents. The position as unit manager sometimes involves a high pace and requires that you have the ability to work with many different issues. At the same time, we want you to have the ability to be accommodating toward employees, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders.\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys development work and where no two days are the same. We would like to see that you have experience from the operational field, management experience, economic awareness, and the ability to plan and develop operations based on given goals and financial frameworks.
