National collaboration is also part of the assignment.\nThe unit has a designated PLA (Psychological Management Responsible) who locally leads work that falls within health and medical care. The Unit Manager is tasked with collaborating and supporting the Health Care Operations Manager and PLA so they can fulfill their commitments and responsibilities.\nThe role involves working within the framework of the agreement established for Skolfam between the city's administrations. The Unit Manager plays a central role in the city's joint steering group for Skolfam. The assignment includes reporting results, evaluations, and Skolfam's national report to the client, which shall form the basis for the administration's continued work planning.\nAs a manager, you have personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility for the Skolfam unit.
