You have personnel responsibility for the unit's four environmental and process engineers and one business developer, and you are responsible for operations, work environment, economics, planning, and follow-up.\n\nAn important part of your assignment is to create structure and direction for the unit's work while giving employees room to develop and use their specialized expertise. You lead through clear goals, priorities, and expectations and create conditions for good collaboration both within the unit and with other parts of the organization.\n\nThe role involves switching between strategic, tactical, and operational issues. Based on operational needs and your expertise, you may also participate in or drive technical assignments in areas such as process and treatment technology.\n\nYou will also have an important role as project manager for investments and improvements within the unit's area of responsibility.
