A comprehensive renovation of the section is underway and we are creating modern psychiatric facilities that provide new conditions for a safe and functional care environment. This also creates opportunities to develop our working methods and operations.\nYour Assignment\nAs unit manager for the activity department, you will have a broad and varied management role with a central function in the section.\nActivity Center is a central part of the section-wide work in providing forensic psychiatric patients with an active and meaningful daily life, where activity is a natural part of care and treatment based on each patient's individual needs and as preparation for discharge. You are responsible for organizing the staff team to lead activity groups and collaborate with the section's occupational therapists to develop and coordinate work with activities. The assignment includes identifying needs, developing working methods, and creating good conditions for employees and patients to contribute to the development of the operations.\nThe assignment also includes managing the section's janitorial services, with responsibility for logistics and facility maintenance among other things.
