Collaboration also takes place broadly within healthcare, and travel within the county may occur.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a Unit Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, and work environment. You lead, develop, and monitor operations both operatively and strategically, with focus on quality, patient safety, and efficient resource utilization. A central part of the assignment is to drive change and development work in an organization under construction, where the focus in the first year is on forming management structure and common working methods. The role involves close daily leadership combined with a long-term perspective on operational development. It will also include a certain portion of clinical service by agreement with the operations manager.\n\nQualifications\nWe are seeking someone who is a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist\/physical therapist with experience in clinical work within the field. You also have experience in management work, operational development, and change management.
