All units work with IBIC (Individual Needs at the Center). All unit managers and several units have been trained in recent years and work with a solution-focused approach. If you don't have solution-focused training, you'll be offered this training as part of your introduction program. You'll also receive ongoing professional development, including through the municipality's joint management program.\n\nAs a manager within the health and care administration, you play a crucial role in the quality of operations. You're responsible for leading, organizing, and developing the activities. To support you in your work as a unit manager, you'll have good access to various support functions that are happy to help with finances, personnel, pedagogy, and welfare technology.\n\nWe're looking for someone who wants to help continue developing our operations. You have an academic degree in the social field with at least 180 university credits and several years of management experience leading in contexts where people and quality are in focus. Through your previous work, you have a good understanding of the target groups' needs, regulations, and the responsibilities that come with the role.
