As unit manager, you will work closely with the unit manager for Edsbacka in En\u00e5nger while receiving support and guidance from your area manager.\nDuties\nAs unit manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel and finances. You work both strategically and operatively while ensuring that work environment and quality work are conducted systematically and sustainably. Through present and clear leadership, you create good conditions for employees and promote collaboration and engagement.\nThe role also includes contact with residents and family members as well as collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You are secure and stable, create clarity even in challenging situations and adapt your leadership to the needs of the operation. You take initiative, drive work forward and find solutions to problems that arise. With a service-oriented approach, you create good relationships and engagement.\nYou have a university degree in an area relevant to the role. We would like to see that you have experience working in healthcare and care as well as experience as a manager or leader. If you also have management training, that is a merit.
