In the role, you are responsible for the unit's budget, personnel and operations in consultation with your superior. You will drive operational value and development according to applicable laws and guidelines with clear results focus. Through present leadership, you create conditions for learning, collaboration and goal achievement with focus on the people of Stockholm.\nYour Competence and Experience\nWe're looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience from a leadership position, such as manager, project manager or in a supervisory role. You have good knowledge of social services operations and current legislation. You have strong collaboration and cooperation skills as well as documented experience driving start-up and\/or development projects. It's an advantage if you've worked in team-based approaches, such as family-oriented methods.\nAs a manager in the City of Stockholm, you have a holistic perspective and create good conditions for participation and learning. Your commitment to operational results and development is evident through communicative and visible presence. You are development-oriented and promote innovative thinking and engagement.
