The administration has approximately 700 employees.\n\nThe Care Administration is now seeking unit managers for special housing and home care services. As a manager, you will have support from an administrator and planner, as well as specialists in personnel, finance, and development. Managers meet regularly at management meetings, where there is natural collaboration and support among colleagues. You conduct active work developing the operations together with your employees. You have personnel responsibility, lead and distribute work, and are responsible for employees' working environment.
