You have at least 5 years of experience in earthwork or construction projects, of which at least 2-3 years as a work supervisor for construction\/earthwork contractors.\n\nCompetence\nWe are looking for a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with good overall perspective and the ability to lead groups and allocate work.
