The project manager is the contact person with contractors and represents the principal during the construction period. This means that as a project manager, your role is to represent the principal by supporting, monitoring, and reporting the contractor's progress to the project leader and\/or principal regarding: schedules, costs, quality, safety, work environment, and environmental matters.\nYou will lead all phases of the production stage, prepare tender documentation, procure contractors, and are responsible for: construction meetings, quantity adjustment meetings, financial meetings (change order management), and coordination meetings.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with the following experience:\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of ground and infrastructure processes and documented experience in planning, design management, cost tracking, forecasting, construction management plans, procurement, and production.\n\u2022 You should have worked as a project manager\/site supervisor\/construction manager in ground and infrastructure (preferably with experience from water\/sewage and\/or rail projects) for at least 5 years, but preferably more.\n\u2022 Desirable experience working with or for the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) or other public entities.\n\u2022 You must have qualifications as a work environment coordinator, BAS-P and BAS-U.\n\u2022 You have strong knowledge of contract and consulting law, AB04\/ABT06 as well as AMA and MER construction standards.\n\u2022 It is a significant advantage if you have experience with concrete, preferably concrete class 1, and preferably also with water\/sewage projects.\n\u2022 You have a civil or technical engineering degree or other construction-related education, or you have acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience.\n\nAbout Us\nEntrecon Consulting is a consulting firm within construction & real estate, ground & infrastructure, infrastructure, and installation.
