Additional tasks include procurement of resources, compilation of tender documents, negotiations with parties, management of environmental and occupational health matters, and reporting to the client. You will also be responsible for contacts with authorities, clients, and suppliers.\n \nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with the following experience:\n Strong knowledge of land and infrastructure processes and documented experience in planning, design management, cost tracking, forecasting, KMA, procurement, and production.\n You should have worked as a project, design, and\/or construction manager within land and infrastructure for at least 5 years, preferably more.\n You hold qualifications as a work environment coordinator, BAS-P, and BAS-U.\n You have strong knowledge of contract and consulting law, AB04\/ABT06, as well as AMA and MER for infrastructure projects.\n A significant advantage if you have experience with concrete, preferably concrete class 1, ideally class 2.
