With us you get to work on varied projects, significant responsibility and colleagues who share your passion for architecture, design and sustainable development.\nAbout the Role\nYou will be an important part of our interior architecture team and work through the entire process, from early ideas and concepts to design development, procurement and implementation.\nWorkplace projects currently make up a large part of our business, but our project portfolio is broad and includes everything from attractive workplaces and office environments to hotels, restaurants, residential units and public spaces.\nYou will work in close collaboration with clients, architects, interior architects, lighting designers and other specialists, both in Sweden and on international projects.\nWe are looking for someone who is driven by understanding people's needs and translating them into thoughtfully designed, sustainable and inspiring environments. You are curious, responsible and thrive in close collaboration with both clients and colleagues from different disciplines. You have a strong interest in design and are driven to create environments with high quality, clear identity and long-term value.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\nDegree in interior architecture or equivalent relevant education.\n\nAt least five years of professional experience as an interior architect.\n\nDocumented experience with office projects and workplace development.\n\nGood knowledge of CAD programs, such as AutoCAD and Revit.\n\nExperience with design development and preparation of tender documentation.\n\nGood communication skills in Swedish and English.\n\nAbility to work independently and at the same time be a team player.\n\nMerits\n\nExperience in change management, workplace strategy or business development.\n\nVery good knowledge of Revit.\n\nExperience with visualization in for example Adobe Creative Suite or Enscape.\n\nExperience leading client dialogues and workshops.\n\nAdditional Information\nWhat We Offer\nAt AFRY Architects you become part of an engaged team with over 60 architects, interior architects and lighting designers in central Stockholm.
