The interim position covers a full-time parental leave period and includes an onboarding phase before the leave begins as well as handover upon return to service. The estimated employment period is approximately 14 months with a possible extension. You will be a valuable team member within Peab's central procurement organization. In this role, working closely with colleagues, you will have a central role in Procurement's ongoing work to review and ensure the supply chain of Peab's suppliers. A responsibility area that encompasses multiple business units within Peab, from Construction and Infrastructure to Industry.\n\nThe work is cross-functional and characterized by a focus on communication and development, which requires you to be self-driven, initiative-taking, persistent, structured, and have the ability to use communication as your primary tool. You will be part of the Procurement department at the group level and report to the Head of Procurement, Category Procurement. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues in sustainability reporting, procurement, business development, and environment.\n \nYour main responsibilities include:\n\n \nDrive and develop sustainability work within Procurement with focus on procurement categories and suppliers\nTake responsibility for sustainability reporting within areas that concern the Procurement organization\nManage Peab Procurement's work in identifying sustainability risks in the supplier chain\nSupport the procurement organization in the procurement process and review supplier assessments related to sustainability work\nKeep yourself and the organization updated through external analysis of new or expanded legal requirements and work proactively to create clear action plans to meet these\nProvide support and coordination in the work of responding to customer surveys related to sustainability work\nRepresent Peab in relevant networks and external initiatives\n\n \nWe are Looking for You\n\nHave experience from a similar role where you have worked with supplier assessments, supplier development, or equivalent.\nYou have a good ability to work both in a structured and systematic way with sustainability issues.\nHave experience in project management\nHave good system proficiency\nHave post-secondary education in a relevant area\nSpeak and write fluently in both Swedish and English\nEnjoy taking initiative and driving processes forward in a responsible and independent manner\n\n\n\nIt is an advantage if you have a background in the construction industry and experience with sustainability reporting related to Procurement and suppliers.\n\rTo succeed in this role, you need to be open to change and able to adapt to new conditions.
