We also use MI, LAB, the Crime Prevention Program B12, and A-CRA. Treatment work\/interventions are guided by individual implementation plans. You work in a team with the support of a secure structure and several support functions.\n\nYour main responsibilities will include:\n- treatment interventions\n- security-creating activities, such as supervision and care\n- implementing self-care measures\n- documentation\n- working with daily operations and well-being at the HVB such as cleaning, cooking, etc.\n\nWho Are You?\nWe are looking for someone with previous experience working with people in difficult life situations and who is calm and balanced with a focus on the young people's well-being. As a person, you are solution-focused, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook, are stress-resilient, and are well-suited to work in a sometimes demanding psychosocial work environment.
