We are looking for both those who want to work part-time or full-time, and those who want to step in as a substitute. Right now we have a particular need for those who can work awake nights, but day and evening shifts also occur.\n\nAbout the Position\nAs a personal assistant, you work close to the client and provide important support in their daily life. The work is performed in the home and in environments where the client spends time.\n\nWork tasks include, among other things:\n- Personal care\n- Transfers and work with assistive devices\n- Support with daily routines\n- Practical household tasks\n- Accompaniment at activities and errands\n- Observation and adaptation to the client's daily condition and needs\n\nThe client uses breathing support and a cough machine daily as part of their treatment. As an assistant, you will participate in handling these devices according to established procedures.\n\nPrevious experience with respiratory aids is a merit but not a requirement. You will receive the training and guidance needed through the neurology clinic in Visby and through orientation before you independently take responsibility for these tasks.\n\nThe work requires thoroughness, responsibility, and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.\n\nFor those who want to work more, there is an opportunity to combine assignments with several of our clients on Gotland.\n\nWho Are We Looking For?\nYou are a person who takes responsibility, shows respect, and enjoys working closely with people. You are attentive, confident in yourself, and understand the importance of always putting the client's self-determination at the center.\n\nWe would like to see that you:\n- Have experience with personal assistance or similar care work\n- Speak and write Swedish fluently\n- Can work flexibly\n- Are interested in night work, even though day and evening shifts are also available\n- Have a B driver's license and access to a car\n\nWe place great emphasis on personal suitability.
