We also appreciate flexibility and your willingness to take night shifts when needed.\n\nShift times are 8:00 AM\u20134:00 PM & 4:00 PM\u201310:30 PM (10:00 PM\u20138:30 AM).\n\nAbout the Position\nAs a personal assistant, you work closely with the client and provide important support in their daily life. The work is performed in the client's home and in the environments where the client spends time.\n\nDuties include:\n\u2022 Personal care\n\u2022 Transfers and work with assistive devices\n\u2022 Support with daily routines\n\u2022 Practical household tasks\n\u2022 Accompanying the client to activities and errands\n\u2022 Observation and adaptation based on the client's condition and needs\n\nThe client uses respiratory support and a cough machine daily as part of their treatment. As an assistant, you will participate in handling these devices according to established procedures. Prior experience with respiratory devices is an advantage but not a requirement. You will receive the training and guidance needed through the neurology clinic in Visby as well as through an introduction before you independently take on these tasks.\n\nThe work requires precision, responsibility, and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.\n\nIf you wish to work more hours, there is an opportunity to combine assignments with several of our other clients on Gotland.\n\nWho We Are Looking For\nYou are someone who takes responsibility, shows respect, and enjoys working close to people.
