Maybe we're looking for you.\n\nWHAT AWAITS YOU HERE?\n* Weddings and private events \u2013 active participation in preparations and the wedding days themselves, communication with clients and suppliers, staff coordination, and oversight of smooth event execution.\n* Actively acquiring new contracts \u2013 seeking new opportunities and customers for weddings, corporate parties, team-building events, celebrations, and other events at our resort, communicating with prospects, preparing proposals, and seeing agreed-upon events through to completion.\n* Managing Castle Resort operations \u2013 ensuring everything runs as it should.\n* Leading and coordinating staff \u2013 scheduling and shift planning, staffing based on current operations, weddings, and events.\n* Creating and executing new events and projects \u2013 finding new ideas and seeing them through from initial proposal through preparation and promotion to actual execution.\n* Cultural and experiential events for the public \u2013 preparation, organization, and oversight of their execution.\n* Marketing and social media \u2013 collaboration on Instagram and Facebook management, creating posts, stories and reels, photographing and filming content from resort activities.\n* Canva work \u2013 preparing visuals, posters, posts, and other promotional materials.\n* Resort communication and representation \u2013 communication with clients, business partners, suppliers, and media if needed. What matters more to us is your approach, independence, desire to learn, and ability to quickly get up to speed on new things.\n\nHOW DOES WORK HERE FUNCTION?\nCastle Resort is open primarily on weekends. That's when weddings, private, cultural and experiential events, and regular public operations take place.\nTherefore, you should expect that weekend work is a regular part of this position, especially during weddings and major events. However, this doesn't mean every weekend \u2013 the schedule is planned in advance and some weekends are free by agreement.
