We work in Capital Management reporting and provide data for different reporting solutions, including Basel and COREP, and we specialize in IT analysis, data modeling, and data architecture. This position might require traveling.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nTake lead and drive requirements and analysis work that involves multiple stakeholders, ultimately to design sustainable and value-adding solutions, this includes:\nElicit requirements (functional and non-functional) supported by established frameworks\nSecure requirements traceability during end-to-end development\nBe responsible for requirements documentation and provide know-how throughout the entire software delivery value stream\nBuild a contextual understanding of business processes on one hand and functional\/technical know-how of our solutions on the other. This requires collaboration between business stakeholders and our developers and support in building and prioritizing the product backlog\nProvide technical counseling across all aspects of our end-to-end data architecture\nProactively share your own knowledge and IT competencies, both on a cross-unit and cross-border basis to enable the continuing strengthening of competencies\nInterest in and preferably experience with AI-enabled analytics, automation and improvements\n\nWho you are\nCollaboration.
