It can mean moving to a new country, meeting new people and starting an entirely new chapter in life.\nAs a recruiter, you will be an important part of making that happen.\nThe Role\nAs a Freelance International Recruiter, you will manage your candidates throughout the recruitment journey \u2013 from finding and contacting them to supporting them through the recruitment process and towards their relocation and new job abroad.\nYour responsibilities can include:\nFinding and attracting candidates through social media, job platforms, your own network and other creative sourcing channels\n\n\nProactively reaching out to potential candidates\n\n\nScreening candidates and understanding their motivation, experience and preferences\n\n\nMatching candidates with suitable opportunities\n\n\nPresenting positions and relocation opportunities to candidates\n\n\nPreparing and supporting candidates through assessments and interviews\n\n\nFollowing up and keeping candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process\n\n\nSupporting candidates ahead of their relocation and job start\n\n\nKeeping candidate information and recruitment statuses updated\n\nYou will have the freedom to develop your own ways of finding candidates while working with the vacancies and recruitment opportunities available through Jobs By Nordics.\nWho Are We Looking For?\nFirst and foremost, we are looking for people who are proactive, independent and good with people.\nYou should enjoy communicating with new people and be comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for candidates to come to you.\nFluent English is required.\nAt the moment, we are particularly interested in people who also speak:\nDanish\n\n\nGerman\n\n\nDutch\n\nPrevious experience within recruitment or sales is an advantage, but it is not necessarily a requirement.
