If you're passionate about people, supply chain excellence, and delivering business results, we would love to hear from you.\nHow you'll make an impact\nBe the primary factory responsible for strategic sourcing activities by ensuring material availability, delivery performance and cost competitiveness.\nDevelop and lead a competent, technically strong SCM team to support operations.\nManage assigned spend with a short term and medium term sourcing strategy to meet targets on total cost of ownership, quality, and reliability of supplies.\nSelect, qualify, and classify suppliers. Negotiate and sign contracts with key global suppliers and local suppliers.\nResponsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.\nApply SCM standards, tools, and processes to ensure business continuity.\nCollaborate with other functions and across similar factories on backlog execution, new product introduction, escalation cases and synergies.\nImplement the sourcing strategy in the factory in line with PL\/Hub. Own the factory liaison to the Hub\/BU category teams in order to provide input to the category.\nControl of material costs and lead times at tender stage.
