Our European hub oversees R&D and sales.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Failure Analysis (FA) Center team in Sweden, acting as a key bridge between our operations in China and Sweden.\nIn this role, you will coordinate incoming and outgoing parts, align activities with our China office, support the Workshop team in Sweden, and ensure that failure analysis cases are handled efficiently from receipt through inspection, analysis and final closure.\nThe role combines technical understanding, coordination, hands-on workshop support and communication across international teams. You will work closely with mechanics, engineers, internal customers and colleagues in China to build knowledge, improve processes and strengthen our failure analysis capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\n\u00b7        Act as the main coordination link between the FA Center operation in Sweden and the China organization, ensuring effective communication, alignment and follow-up.\n\u00b7        Coordinate with the China office regarding what parts are required, priorities and expected arrival dates.\n\u00b7        Plan and prioritize incoming parts together with the Workshop team in Sweden.\n\u00b7        Arrange and coordinate incoming and outgoing transportation orders and ensure that parts are handled according to agreed processes.\n\u00b7        Manage the case closure handover with China, including inspection results, analysis status, cases on hold for decisions and recommendations regarding scrapping or further actions.\n\u00b7        Guide and instruct the Mechanic team during inspections, ensuring that inspections are performed consistently and according to requirements.\n\u00b7        Develop work instructions and manuals for unique failure parts or failure modes when required, based on China manuals, technical input and instructions.\n\u00b7        Create, perform and issue failure analysis reports to relevant internal customers.\n\u00b7        Work closely with the Workshop team to build and develop technical know-how in power electronics, particularly related to EDU systems and other components such as ODPs.\n\u00b7        Contribute to the development of inspection, analysis and reporting methods within the FA Center.\n\u00b7        Provide on-site technical support at customers, service centers or other locations as the business grows and when required.\n\u00b7        Travel occasionally to China to support business development, knowledge transfer, process alignment and collaboration.\n\u00b7        Be an active member of the \u00c4lv\u00e4ngen team, contributing to the continuous improvement of general processes, technical capabilities and organizational know-how.\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for someone who combines technical curiosity with strong coordination and communication skills. You are comfortable working across organizational and cultural boundaries and enjoy solving technical problems together with others.\n You have a structured way of working and are able to manage several cases and activities simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and delivery.\n\u00b7        Technical education or equivalent experience within automotive, electrical, electronics, mechatronics or a related field.\n\u00b7        Experience from a workshop, failure analysis, testing, diagnostics or technical service environment.\n\u00b7        An interest in power electronics and electrical drive systems, with a willingness to continuously develop your technical knowledge.\n\u00b7        Good analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\u00b7        The ability to understand technical documentation, instructions and failure analysis data.\n\u00b7        Experience in creating or working with technical reports and work instructions.\n\u00b7        Strong organizational and coordination skills.\n\u00b7        Fluent Mandarin Chinese \u2013 this is a mandatory requirement for the position.\n\u00b7        Strong cultural understanding and awareness of Chinese business culture and ways of working.
