The goal is to establish a safe and positive relationship between parents and children. This sometimes means working outside regular office hours.\nFamily treatment can be conducted independently or in pairs, always in close collaboration with colleagues, coordinators, and management, with considerable freedom to direct your assignments.\nQualifications\nWe are seeking someone with a degree in social work or another university degree that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience in family treatment, preferably working with children ages 0-12 years. You have experience working with families facing severe psychosocial challenges and are accustomed to collaborating closely with other stakeholders. If you have specialized training in relevant methods (such as Marte Meo, COS, PYC, CPP, TF-CBT) in child and family work, this is advantageous.\nTo thrive in the family therapist role with us, you must be flexible regarding both work content and working hours. The position requires that you be responsive to the needs and wishes of the families you work with, and that you can quickly adapt to changing circumstances and situations. We also see that you are someone who takes initiative, is persistent, and is experienced in planning, prioritizing, and driving your work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
