You're responsible for a number of family homes and serve as their most important professional support in daily operations, from recruitment and matching to ongoing supervision and follow-up. The work requires that you're comfortable building long-term relationships, making independent decisions, and managing multiple processes in parallel.\n\nYou will, among other things:\nSupervise and support family homes in their mission, even in complex situations\nConduct home visits and follow up on ongoing placements\nCollaborate with social services, schools, and other actors involved with the child\nDocument and report to clients\nRecruit, investigate, and match emergency and family homes\nParticipate in on-call duty according to a rotating schedule\n\nWe're looking for you\nYou have a degree in social work or equivalent higher education degree within social work, preferably with experience in social work with children and young people. You're a confident and solution-oriented person who navigates securely in complex relationships between family homes, children, biological networks, and social services.
