You are responsible for a number of foster families and are their most important professional support in their daily work: from recruitment and matching to ongoing guidance and follow-up. You work from your home and largely plan your own workday with home visits and meetings as a natural part of your routine. Your introduction and training takes place initially at our office in Gothenburg and you return there regularly for team meetings and check-ins.\n\n\nAbout the Work Area:\nYour base is Kristianstad, but assignments occur regularly in neighboring regions as well.
