You are responsible for a number of family homes and are their most important professional support in daily life: from recruitment and matching to ongoing supervision and follow-up. You work from your home and plan much of your own workday with home visits and meetings as a natural part of the routine. Your introduction and training takes place initially at our office in Gothenburg and you return there regularly for team meetings and check-ins.\n\n\nAbout the Work Area:\nYour base is Sk\u00e5ne, but assignments regularly occur in Kronoberg, Halland, and Blekinge as well. When recruiting new family homes, occasional travel within the entire region may occur.\n\n\nYou will, among other things:\nSupervise and support family homes in their assignments, even in complex situations\nConduct home visits and follow up on ongoing placements\nCollaborate with social services, schools, and other stakeholders around the child\nDocument and report continuously to the client and to the team in Gothenburg\nRecruit, assess, and match emergency and family homes in the region\nParticipate in on-call duty according to a rotating schedule\n\n\n\nWe Are Looking for You as Someone Who\nHolds a degree in social work (socionom) or equivalent higher education qualification in social work with experience in social work, preferably with children and young people. You are a secure and solution-oriented person who navigates comfortably in complex relationships between family homes, children, biological networks, and social services.
