You play a central role in ensuring that placed children and young people receive a secure and sustainable family foster care placement. At the same time, you have the opportunity to influence the continued development of the operation by contributing ideas, experience, and commitment to strengthening and developing family foster care.\n\nYour responsibilities include:\nRecruiting and assessing new family homes and emergency care homes\nAssessing families' capacity to receive placed children and young people\nProviding support, supervision, and guidance to family homes\nConducting home visits and follow-ups\nParticipating in placements, replacements, and terminations\nCollaborating with social services, guardians, schools, healthcare, and other relevant actors\nParticipating in network meetings, care planning, and follow-up meetings\nDocumenting interventions and preparing reports in accordance with applicable legislation and operational procedures\nContributing to quality work, development, and recruitment of new family homes\n\nThis is a full-time position with daytime working hours on weekdays. A 6-month probationary period applies. The office is located in central Gothenburg with the possibility of some remote work.\n\nWho Are You?\nWe are looking for someone with a strong commitment to children and young people and who is motivated by making a difference.
