You play a central role in ensuring that placed children and young people receive a safe and sustainable family home placement. At the same time, you have the opportunity to influence the service's continued development by contributing ideas, experience, and commitment to strengthening and developing family home care.\n\nYour work tasks include, among other things:\nRecruiting and investigating new family homes and emergency care homes\nAssessing families' capacity to receive placed children and young people\nProviding support, supervision, and guidance to family homes\nConducting home visits and follow-ups\nParticipating in placements, replacements, and closures\nCollaborating with social services, guardians, schools, healthcare, and other relevant parties\nParticipating in network meetings, care planning meetings, and follow-up meetings\nDocumenting interventions and preparing reports in accordance with applicable legislation and service procedures\nContributing to the service's quality work, development, and recruitment of new family homes\n\nThe position is a full-time role with daytime working hours on weekdays. A 6-month probationary period applies.
