You are responsible for a number of foster families and contact and support families, providing them with continuous support, advice, and guidance in their assignments.\n\nThe work involves, among other things, that you:\n\n\t\u2022 supervise and support foster families and contact and support families\n\t\u2022 follow up on the conditions and support needs of the homes\n\t\u2022 recruit and assess new foster families and contact and support families\n\t\u2022 receive placement requests and participate in matching children with families\n\t\u2022 train and prepare families for their assignments\n\t\u2022 collaborate closely with the child's social worker and other important parties around the child\n\t\u2022 document and ensure quality of work in accordance with applicable legislation, guidelines, and the best interests of the child.\n\nYou work in close collaboration with responsible social workers and other groups within Children and Youth.
