You work both strategically and operationally to reach new assignment providers, while also providing support, supervision, training, and maintaining close collaboration with our existing assignment providers.\n\nWe work with participation, experience sharing, and quality in a respectful manner both within and outside the unit and toward our assignment providers.\n\nThe unit consists of 22 employees. We work in an open office landscape.\n\nWe assess assignment providers using the assessment model \"A Lasting Relationship.\" The Children and Youth Department uses the case management system Combine and works with the Signs of Safety method.
