You lead the processes surrounding recruitment, investigation, and follow-up of emergency and family homes, and ensure that the work maintains high quality and is conducted efficiently.\nYou hold primary responsibility for the organization's investigation work and are the one who holds everything together. Although you are the only person with investigation as your primary assignment, you work in a team where several colleagues, in their roles as family home consultants, participate in parts of the investigation process. The role therefore involves both independent work, collaboration, and a coordinating responsibility.\nThe position offers great freedom within responsibility. You plan much of your own work and have the opportunity to work from home when the work tasks allow it. A large part of your working time is spent in the field through home visits, interviews, and meetings with family homes and other partners. We meet regularly at our office on S\u00f6dermalm for team meetings, planning, and development.\nAs part of a small and engaged team, we all contribute to the organization's overall success.
